4 Prayers

Prayers and Declarations

Opening prayer: Dear Heavenly Father, Thank You for paying the full price of our sickness and disease on the cross. Thank You that it is Your will and desire to heal us. We rebuke all sickness, pain, and disease in the mighty Name of Jesus, and we believe the Name of Jesus is higher than every other name. Lord Jesus we declare that by Your stripes we have been healed. We receive this healing into our spirit, soul, and body right now!

And we speak wholeness and healing to our body in the mighty Name of Jesus! Amen

Power of prayer in the medical field: Harvard medical did a study in the 1970’s about prayers and healing.  30-60% of patients who received prayers, whether known or unknown to the patient, saw significant improvement in healing.

That’s the equivalent of giving aspirin to an acute heart attack patient, and seeing improvement.

1-Thanking God

1 Timothy 4:4-5 For everything God created is good and nothing is to be rejected if it is received with thanksgiving because it is consecrated by the word of God and prayer.

Psalm 106:1 Praise the Lord. Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; his love endures forever.

Hebrews 12: 28-29 Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us be thankful, and so worship God acceptably with reverence and awe, for our God is a consuming fire.

Hebrews 13:15 THrough Jesus, therefore, let us continually offer to God a sacrifice of praise, the fruit of lips that openly profess his name.

Psalm 107: 21 Let them give thanks to the Lord for his unfailing love and his wonderful deeds for mankind.

Colossians 3:16 Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, with thankfulness in your hearts to God.

Philippians 4:6 do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.

Remember by His stripes, we Were healed.  We do not demand of God.  God already did His part.  We need to thank Him.

2-Accepting Jesus and being filled with Holy Spirit (to die in flesh, and live in spirit)

Romans 10: 9-10 Because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved.

John 3:17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him.

Romans 10:13  For “everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”

Acts 2:38  And Peter said to them, “Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.

Salvation prayer:  Lord Jesus, thank You for loving me and dying for me on the cross. Your precious blood washes me clean of every sin. You are my Lord and Savior, now and forever.  I believe that You rose from the dead and that You are alive today.  Because Your finished work, I am now a beloved child of God and heaven is my home.  Thank You for giving me eternal life and filling my heart with Your peace and joy. Amen

Holy Communion prayer: (hold the bread) Thank you, Jesus, for Your broken body.  Thank you for bearing my symptoms and sicknesses at the cross so that I may have Your health and wholeness.  I declare that by Your stripes, by the beatings You bore, by the lashes which fell on Your back, I am completely healed.  I believe and I receive Your resurrection life in my body today. (eat bread). (take wine) Thank You, Jesus, for Your blood that has washed me clean, Your blood has brought me forgiveness and made me righteous forever. And as I drink, I celebrate and partake of the inheritance of the righteous, which includes preservation, healing, wholeness and all Your blessings. (drink wine).  Thank You, Jesus. I love You because You first loved me.

3-Faith Prayer

Ephesians 2:8-9 - For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast.

Matthew 21:22 - And whatever you ask in prayer, you will receive, if you have faith.

Luke 1:37 - For nothing will be impossible with God.

2 Corinthians 5:7 - For we walk by faith, not by sight.

Romans 10:17 - So faith comes from hearing, and hearing through the word of Christ.

Hebrews 11:1 - Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen.

Proverbs 3:5-6 - Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.

Father, I receive the revelation of Your presence in my life. You are the Greater One who lives within, and Your power to heal is within me.  I release Your healing power into every part of my being and I believe that Your Spirit is making me alive! Amen!

Remember the woman with the issue of blood, she said if she could only touch a thread of Jesus’ clothing, she would be healed.  Faith.

Who else during Jesus’ time had that unshakable faith in Him? Centurion and his sick servant?  Woman who dragged her friend through the roof?

4-Forgiveness, repentance (known or unknown)

Matthew 6:9–15

Pray then like this: Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name.Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

For if you forgive others their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you, but if you do not forgive others their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.

Acts 2:38-39

And Peter said to them, “Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. For the promise is for you and for your children and for all who are far off, everyone whom the Lord our God calls to himself.”

1 John 1:7–10

But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus his Son cleanses us from all sin. If we say we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.

Psalm 32:1–7

Blessed is the one whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered. Blessed is the man against whom the LORD counts no iniquity, and in whose spirit there is no deceit. For when I kept silent, my bones wasted away through my groaning all day long. For day and night your hand was heavy upon me; my strength was dried up as by the heat of summer. I acknowledged my sin to you, and I did not cover my iniquity; I said, “I will confess my transgressions to the LORD,” and you forgave the iniquity of my sin. Therefore let everyone who is godly offer prayer to you at a time when you may be found; surely in the rush of great waters, they shall not reach him. You are a hiding place for me; you preserve me from trouble; you surround me with shouts of deliverance.

5-Your words in prayer have to agree with God’s Word(s)

If we pray using words of doubt of fear, they have little to no power, since fear and doubt is not of God, and is sitting in your heart.

For instance ‘Father God, if it is Your will, I ask that you heal me”

“Lord God, I beg of you that you give me divine healing”

So speak life giving words:

Matthew 12:34-35 For out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks. A good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth good things, and an evil man out of the evil treasure brings forth evil things.

Proverbs 4:20-22  My son, give attention to my words, incline your ear to my sayings. Do not let them depart from your eyes; keep them in the midst of your heart; for they are life to those who find them, and health to all their flesh.

Also, speak to your problem about Your powerful God.  Who already healed you.

6-Deliverance, declarations(our authority on earth-our power in Christ)

Luke 10:19

Behold I give you authority to trample on serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you.

Psalm 50:15  “And call upon me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you, and you shall glorify me.”

2 Samuel 22:2 He said, “The Lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer.”

2 Thessalonians 3:3 But the Lord is faithful. He will establish you and guard you against the evil one.

Acts 10:38

How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power. He went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with him.

Colossians 1:13

He has delivered us from the domain of darkness and transferred us to the kingdom of his beloved Son.

Matthew 28:18-19 ESV

And Jesus came and said to them, ‘All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.

Ephesians 4:27 ESV

And give no opportunity to the devil.

Luke 9:1 ESV

And he called the twelve together and gave them power and authority over all demons and to cure diseases.

Romans 13:1 ESV

Let every person be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and those that exist have been instituted by God.

1 John 4:4 ESV

Little children, you are from God and have overcome them, for he who is in you is greater than he who is in the world.

James 4:7 ESV

Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

1 Corinthians 15:57 ESV

But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

1 Timothy 6:12 ESV

Fight the good fight of the faith. Take hold of the eternal life to which you were called and about which you made the good confession in the presence of many witnesses.

2 Corinthians 10:4-5 ESV

For the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh but have divine power to destroy strongholds. We destroy arguments and every lofty opinion raised against the knowledge of God, and take every thought captive to obey Christ.

To deliver or declare is using your authority to command something.

7-When in doubt, read scripture

Kenneth Hagin said his niece was gravely ill and in the hospital, and he was not even in the same city as her to visit her and heal her, so he read every single healing scripture out loud for hours, and after several hours, he heard in his spirit that she had her manifested healing.

So, REST in God

Be in HIS word

With HIM

Rebuke doubt

Rebuke unbelief

Rebuke the symptoms

Repent knowns or unknowns

Make room for GOD to fill you (Holy Spirit)
